At Morris Law, sustainability is an integral part of our business model. For the fourth consecutive year, we are sharing our sustainability report – an important part of our ongoing efforts to contribute to a long-term sustainable business environment.

"As a law firm, we carry great responsibility – both in providing our clients with the best possible legal support and in living up to the sustainability goals we’ve set," says Martin Taranger, CEO of Morris Law. "We are convinced that a sustainable business model, which takes responsibility both economically and socially, creates long-term value for our clients and for society as a whole."

The year 2024 has been marked by new legal requirements and increased demand for sustainability advisory services – particularly as a result of new EU regulations on sustainability reporting. At the same time, climate issues, geopolitical shifts, and continued digitalisation have placed new demands on expertise and guidance – especially in areas such as AI and cybersecurity.

"Our sustainability efforts are an ongoing journey. We aim not only to meet legal requirements but also to be a frontrunner in our industry," Martin Taranger continues.

An essential part of our sustainability work also involves supporting employee development and well-being.

"2024 has been a year of adaptation and change within HR, where we’ve continued to develop our employees’ skills and invested in new IT solutions and training programs," says Jenny Sahlsten, People and Culture Manager at Morris Law.

During the year, Morris Law also celebrated its 10th anniversary – a milestone that offered an opportunity to reflect on what makes our company culture unique.

"Our core values – Challenger, Human, and Dedicated – are the foundation of everything we do. By actively working with them, we ensure sustainable development both as an employer and in our client relationships," says Jenny Sahlsten.

Flexible pricing models for disputes

Pursuing a dispute always involves financial risk – even when the case is strong. It also places pressure on a company’s liquidity throughout the process. As a result, many companies choose to abandon even well-founded claims. Through our collaboration with Litigium Capital, we offer flexible pricing models that make it possible to pursue legal proceedings without bearing the full cost yourself. You retain control of the process – we share the risk.
