As HR Manager, Jenny is responsible for employee development and various personnel-related matters and processes within the firm, including recruitment, skills development, employee care, and work environment. She leads initiatives related to the firm’s sustainability efforts, such as gender equality and diversity, and manages the firm’s various partnerships connected to social sustainability issues. Jenny is appreciated for her ability to foster engagement and find solutions that create a sense of security for employees and partners. As HR Manager, she ensures a positive and sustainable work environment, effective personnel management, and both strategic and operational work on development initiatives and long-term goals by taking care of the firm’s most valuable asset, its people. Jenny is a member of the firm’s management team.
