With a broad team of experienced business lawyers, we work closely with our clients to understand their reality, challenges, and vision – and transform that into practical solutions that deliver clear results.

Practice areas

Working with Morris

For us, law is about more than paragraphs and processes – it's about business, opportunities, and human relationships. We provide our clients with a dedicated team that listens, challenges, and ensures that the law becomes a tool that drives business forward with flexible working methods and tailored processes. Because the difference lies not only in the solution – but in how we get there together.

Tailored offers

Different businesses have different needs – depending on where they are in the process, the internal resources available, and the complexity of their operations. That’s why we’ve developed clear solution packages that make it easier to get started, move forward, or ensure quality in various areas of law. Our packages offer structure, transparency, and business-oriented support – with the flexibility to adapt to your specific circumstances.

Flexible pricing models for disputes

Pursuing a dispute always involves financial risk – even when the case is strong. It also puts pressure on a company’s liquidity throughout the course of the proceedings. These factors often lead companies to abandon even strong and well-founded claims.

Through our collaboration with Litigium Capital, we now offer flexible pricing models for disputes – a new way of managing proceedings where the customer avoids bearing the full cost while retaining full control.

The model is based on shared risk and success-based remuneration, creating a clear alignment of interests between customer, counsel and investor. In short – we win together.

03.

GDPR – Group

Manage personal data flows and collaboration within the group through a contract package

The contract package enables the group to be managed either centrally or in a decentralised way, depending on your preferences.

Through AGRD Partners, we now have access to an even larger network of expertise and resources, strengthening our ability to deliver value in international business. With extensive experience, cultural understanding, and structured processes, we ensure clear and value-adding results – wherever in the world the business takes place.

Global outreach

Our clients act in a globalised world and so do we. As one of Sweden's more progressiv law firms we have been working with cross-border matters from the start. We have close and strong relations with leading law firms throughout the world, and we are constantly developing and expanding such relations – now further strengthened through AGRD Partners – in order to provide seamless services to our clients in cross-border matters.

Independent

We are an independent law firm and free to choose the best match of international partners for – or together with – our clients in each matter. Through AGRD Partners, we also gain access to more opportunities and resources, while maintaining our flexibility and local presence. We evaluate and consolidate our relations and experience with international partners on an ongoing basis and consult internally across the firm to find the best match for each matter.

Cross-border

We have vast experience from dealing with cross-border matters, and we have a structured and quality-oriented approach to setting and managing a cross-border team. We understand the importance of structuring and consolidating input from various jurisdictions into one well-structured and to-the-point product for our clients. In addition, many of our lawyers have been working in jurisdictions outside of Sweden and have great understanding of both international law practice and how to proactively mitigate and manage inherent cultural differences.
