Morris Law acted as legal advisor to Iveco Group in connection with the agreement with Hedin Mobility Group regarding the transfer of distribution and retail operations in the Nordic region. The transaction involved multiple jurisdictions and required strategic legal considerations across both local and international levels.


Iveco is a global leader in the development and production of light, medium, and heavy commercial vehicles, buses, and specialty vehicles. The company operates in more than 11 countries with over 27,000 employees worldwide, and is present across Europe, China, Africa, Australia, Oceania, and Latin America.

Hedin Group is a Swedish, family-owned company headquartered in Mölndal, with operations in 14 countries and more than 12,500 employees, primarily within the automotive and mobility sectors, as well as real estate and construction.

The Morris Law team, led by Carl Friberg and Jesper Almqvist, supported Iveco throughout the entire process – from commercial advice and negotiations to transaction structuring.

Morris Law and Litigium Capital enter into collaboration agreement for financing of disputes

Morris Law has entered into a collaboration agreement with legal financing company Litigium Capital for the financing of disputes. The agreement, likely the first of its kind in the Nordic region, means that Litigium Capital will invest in a portfolio of disputes managed by Morris Law on full or partial contingency (under a success-based fee model).
