Morris Law has advised on the formation of Elviragruppen

The companies within Elviragruppen keep their names, their customers and their management. At the same time, the companies gain a shared platform for investing in expertise, equipment and sustainable working methods.

Three complementary contracting companies

Vabeko carries out contracting work within critical infrastructure, such as energy, water and sewage, and roads. The company holds a strong position in electric and emission-free projects and operates throughout Sweden, with a focus on the Mälardalen region.

Asfalt i Göteborg carries out asphalt paving in western Sweden, primarily following water and sewage, electricity and district heating works, as well as smaller road works, cycle paths and car parks.

Lilleby Entreprenad carries out groundworks and civil engineering, rock handling and stonework in the Gothenburg area. The company holds a particularly strong position in insurance-related work.

The ownership partner of Elviragruppen is RCL Holding, a family-owned investment company based in Gothenburg that invests alongside the entrepreneurs in its companies. All of the entrepreneurs have reinvested and are shareholders in Elviragruppen.
