Morris Law acted as legal advisor when the owner of Global Freight Solutions Sverige AB brought in French Bolloré Logistics as the new majority shareholder. The transaction strengthens Bolloré’s position in the Nordic region and expands its capacity to offer Swedish exporters new solutions for successful market entry in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Global Freight Solutions is an independent freight forwarder and shipping agent, providing tailored logistics solutions worldwide. With the new ownership, the company gains access to a broader international network and the resources of a global logistics leader.

Bolloré Logistics operates in over 100 countries and is part of the Paris-listed Bolloré Group, which generated approximately EUR 23 billion in revenue in 2018.

Morris Law’s team – Racine Ashjari and Therese Andersson – supported the sellers throughout the process, including structuring, negotiations, and drafting of agreements.
