Morris Law advised dSPACE in the acquisition of all shares in Fengco Real Time Control AB – a Swedish company with more than 20 years of experience in model-based development and control systems. The acquisition marks a key step in dSPACE’s expansion in the Nordic region, with Fengco now transitioning to dSPACE Nordic AB.

dSPACE is a global leader in simulation and validation solutions used in the development of connected, autonomous, and electric vehicles. With over 2,400 employees worldwide, the company provides comprehensive solutions, engineering services, and support to leading OEMs and suppliers across the automotive sector.

Fengco has long served as the exclusive distributor of dSPACE products in Sweden. Through this acquisition, dSPACE strengthens its local presence and long-term commitment to the Nordic market.

Morris Law and Litigium Capital enter into collaboration agreement for financing of disputes

Morris Law has entered into a collaboration agreement with legal financing company Litigium Capital for the financing of disputes. The agreement, likely the first of its kind in the Nordic region, means that Litigium Capital will invest in a portfolio of disputes managed by Morris Law on full or partial contingency (under a success-based fee model).
