Morris Law advised on the sale of Processkontroll GT AB

Processkontroll GT is one of the Nordic region's leading companies in infrastructure and services for compressed and liquefied gas. The company operates its own manufacturing, enabling the company to provide end-to-end solutions from engineering and production to installation and maintenance. With over 20 years of experience in design, construction and maintenance of biogas stations and gas transport systems, the company has completed more than 300 installations in Sweden, Norway and Finland.

Through the acquisition, TSG strengthens its presence in gas and biogas infrastructure in the Nordics, while Processkontroll GT gains access to the group's European presence, technical expertise and long-term investment perspective. Bo Axelsson, CEO of Processkontroll GT, emphasizes that with TSG as new owners, the company will gain new opportunities to further develop its offering and help its customers build sustainable infrastructure without losing its local roots and focus on quality and long-term customer relationships.
