Lansa Fastigheter Acquires Additional Apartments in Partille from Peab

Morris Law previously advised Lansa Fastigheter on its acquisition of 221 apartments in Partille Port from Peab in March 2025: Lansa Fastigheter Acquires Residential Project in Partille from Peab – Morris Law

Through this latest acquisition, Lansa Fastigheter now owns all 337 modern and sustainable rental apartments in the Kronan development. Peab will carry out the construction of all residential buildings within the project. The development will be certified according to the Miljöbyggnad Silver environmental certification standard and will, among other sustainability features, be equipped with solar panels to support energy-efficient operations and reduce climate impact.

Lansa Fastigheter has taken over the ongoing project, with the first tenants expected to move in gradually during 2028.
