Morris Law has acted as legal advisor to Lansa Fastigheter in connection with the acquisition of a residential project in Partille Port from Peab.

The project in Partille Port comprises a total of 337 residential units, of which Lansa Fastigheter has acquired 221 rental apartments in the final phase of the development. All buildings in this phase will be constructed by Peab. The project will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver and will, among other things, be equipped with solar panels on the roofs to support energy-efficient operations and reduce climate impact.

Lansa Fastigheter will take possession at the start of construction, and the first tenants are expected to move in during 2028.
