Lansa Fastigheter Acquires Additional Apartments in Partille from Peab

Morris Law has acted as legal advisor to the sellers of ICANIWILL AB (“ICIW”) in connection with RVRC Holding AB (publ) (“RevolutionRace”) acquiring 90.1 per cent of the shares in ICIW.
ICIW is a Swedish premium activewear brand, founded in 2012 and headquartered in Stockholm. Since its inception, the company has built a strong position within the functional training segment under the philosophy "true to training", offering training apparel for gym, cardio, yoga and athleisure. With over 622,000 followers on social media and an extensive network of gym partners, ICIW has established itself as one of the most recognised activewear brands in the Nordics.
The buyer, RevolutionRace, is a fast-growing outdoor brand listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2021, with operations in approximately 40 countries. Through the acquisition, RevolutionRace adds a high-growth brand that complements RevolutionRace's existing offering. ICIW will continue to operate as an independent brand under its own name and existing management, while gaining access to RevolutionRace's European platform to accelerate its expansion in Germany and the rest of Europe.
