Jonas is the head of the Dispute Resolution team. He has fifteen years of experience from working at business law firms and in court, with a focus on dispute resolution. Jonas has broad legal expertise and regularly handles a variety of case types, with a particular focus on construction and real estate disputes, through both international and domestic arbitration as well as in courts. In 2024, he completed the one-year arbitrator training program organized by the SAA and SCC. He is ranked by international ranking institutes and holds several board positions. Jonas has served as an expert witness on Swedish law in international proceedings and has authored legal articles in, among other publications, the Swedish Law Journal (SvJT).
Morris Law has entered into a collaboration agreement with legal financing company Litigium Capital for the financing of disputes. The agreement, likely the first of its kind in the Nordic region, means that Litigium Capital will invest in a portfolio of disputes managed by Morris Law on full or partial contingency (under a success-based fee model).

Jonas Du Rietz recently completed the prestigious arbitrator training program organized by the Swedish Arbitration Association (SAA) in collaboration with the SCC Arbitration Institute.
