Jonas is the Head of the Dispute Resolution team. He has more than fifteen years of experience working at business law firms and in the courts, with a focus on dispute resolution. With broad legal expertise, Jonas regularly handles a wide range of matters, in particular disputes within construction and real estate, through both international and domestic arbitration proceedings as well as before the general courts. Jonas is a trained arbitrator and is regularly appointed as arbitrator in commercial disputes, including by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). He is ranked by international ranking institutes and holds several board positions. Jonas has been engaged as an expert witness on Swedish law in international proceedings and has authored legal scholarly articles, including publications in the Swedish Law Journal (SvJT).
