Morris Law has acted as legal advisor to the sellers of Trinax AB in connection with Trinax AB entering into a partnership for growth with Helix Kapital, a Swedish growth-oriented investment company. Trinax's founders and co-owners will together with Helix Kapital accelerate the company's expansion in the Nordic area.
Trinax was established in 2010 and provides project-based businesses with module-based software for time reporting and project management.
Helix Kapital is a Swedish growth-oriented investment company that invests in smaller unlisted Nordic companies.
