Morris Law has acted as legal advisor to the owners of Trexab Bygg-Sanering AB in connection with the divestment of the shares in Trexab to Circura.

Trexab provides construction services in infrastructure-adjacent environments, with several large public and private clients. The company has a turnover of roughly SEK 250 million and approximately 50 employees. All shareholders and key personnel in the organization have, in connection with the transaction, reinvested a portion of the purchase price, thereby becoming co-owners in the Circura Group.

Circura was founded in 2021 with Adelis Equity Partners as the main owner and is Sweden's leading group in the renovation and servicing of properties. The company operates in a decentralized and customer-focused manner, utilizing the resources of a large company to renew and enhance Sweden's buildings. Circura's ambition is to unite and develop specialized companies that operate locally.

The team at Morris Law mainly consisted of Gustav Thorslund, Hedda Sahlin Ekberg and Martin Prager.
