Morris Law has advised Bolix Kommersiella Fastigheter AB in the acquisition of two properties in Gothenburg. The transaction was completed on January 15, 2025


Bolix Kommersiella Fastigheter AB has acquired the properties Järnbrott 187:2 and 187:31 on Topasgatan in Gothenburg. The building on one of the properties was designed by Liljewall Architects and was constructed in 2015 with the Miljöbyggnad Silver certification. Currently, the building houses tenants Swedbank and Fastighetsbyrån.

The acquisition aligns with Bolix's ambition to design, develop, and manage self-owned properties with a primary focus on the Gothenburg area.

The seller in the transaction was Svenska Hus.

Morris Law and Litigium Capital enter into collaboration agreement for financing of disputes

Morris Law has entered into a collaboration agreement with legal financing company Litigium Capital for the financing of disputes. The agreement, likely the first of its kind in the Nordic region, means that Litigium Capital will invest in a portfolio of disputes managed by Morris Law on full or partial contingency (under a success-based fee model).
