Morris Law has advised 4 SPACI Design AB in the sale of the properties Härryda Solsten 1:135 and Härryda Solsten 1:136, located in the Mölnlycke business park.


The buyer is the property company Logistri Fastighets AB (publ), through a subsidiary. The transaction was conducted via a corporate structure, and the properties comprise a total leaseable area of 3,721 m², fully leased to three established tenants.

The largest tenant is Midbec Tapeter, a company within the seller group, which signed a new lease agreement in connection with the transaction.

Logistri Fastighets AB (publ) is a property company that invests in commercial real estate, primarily within the segments of light industry, warehousing, and logistics.

Morris Law and Litigium Capital enter into collaboration agreement for financing of disputes

Morris Law has entered into a collaboration agreement with legal financing company Litigium Capital for the financing of disputes. The agreement, likely the first of its kind in the Nordic region, means that Litigium Capital will invest in a portfolio of disputes managed by Morris Law on full or partial contingency (under a success-based fee model).
