Morris Law has been legal advisor to the owners of APS drift och underhåll AB in connection with PropTech Energy´s acquisition of all shares in the company.


APS Drift och Underhåll AB is a technical service company based in Gothenburg that delivers comprehensive solutions for property operations. The company operates across western and southern Sweden and employs around 100 people. Its services include consulting, installation, and maintenance of technical systems in buildings – including ventilation, heating, cooling, and mandatory ventilation inspections (OVK).

PropTech Energy is a corporate group that brings together companies focused on optimizing property operations, indoor climate, and energy use. The group is owned by the Swedish private equity firm Procuritas, which invests in growth-oriented companies across the Nordic region.

Morris Law's team consisted mainly of Per Nylander, Kalle Lind Eriksson, Robert Starck och Olof Myhrman.

Morris Law and Litigium Capital enter into collaboration agreement for financing of disputes

Morris Law has entered into a collaboration agreement with legal financing company Litigium Capital for the financing of disputes. The agreement, likely the first of its kind in the Nordic region, means that Litigium Capital will invest in a portfolio of disputes managed by Morris Law on full or partial contingency (under a success-based fee model).
