Morris Law has been the legal advisor to the owners of Brandsanering Avfuktningsteknik Väst AB in connection with Ocab Sydost AB’s acquisition of all shares in the company.

Brandsanering Avfuktningsteknik AB is a comprehensive provider within damage restoration services and has, since its founding over 35 years ago, established itself as one of the market-leading actors in fire, water, and moisture restoration in Western Sweden.

Ocab is market-leading in damage management in the Nordic region with over 2,300 employees in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark and an annual turnover of over three billion Swedish kronor. Ocab is part of the Oleter Group.

Morris Law's team consisted mainly of Kalle Lind Ericsson, Racine Ashjari and Per Nylander.

Morris Law and Litigium Capital enter into collaboration agreement for financing of disputes

Morris Law has entered into a collaboration agreement with legal financing company Litigium Capital for the financing of disputes. The agreement, likely the first of its kind in the Nordic region, means that Litigium Capital will invest in a portfolio of disputes managed by Morris Law on full or partial contingency (under a success-based fee model).
