Morris Law has assisted dSPACE in connection with dSPACE’s purchase of all shares in Fengco Real Time Control Aktiebolag (”Fengco”). Fengco is a company with over 20 years of experience in model-based development and control engineering. Fengco provides tools for the development and testing of embedded control systems, from prototype to final product with verified functionality. Fengco acts as distributor of dSPACE’s products on the Swedish market and is pending name change to dSPACE Nordic AB.

dSPACE is one of the world's leading providers of simulation and validation solutions used in the development of connected, self-driving and electrically powered vehicles. With the company's end-to-end range of solutions, automotive manufacturers and their suppliers in particular develop and test software and hardware components for their new vehicles long before a new model hits the road.The portfolio ranges from end-to-end solutions for simulation and validation to engineering and consulting services to training and support. With more than 2,400 employees worldwide, dSPACE is providing off the shelve products as well as customer specific solutions worldwide.

Morris Law and Litigium Capital enter into collaboration agreement for financing of disputes

Morris Law has entered into a collaboration agreement with legal financing company Litigium Capital for the financing of disputes. The agreement, likely the first of its kind in the Nordic region, means that Litigium Capital will invest in a portfolio of disputes managed by Morris Law on full or partial contingency (under a success-based fee model).
