Morris Law has advised Coeli Tyresö AB, a company within the alternative investment fund Coeli Fastighet II AB, in the acquisition of the real estate Tennet 4 in Tyresö.


Coeli Fastighet II AB is an alternative investment fund focusing on real estates where there are opportunities to create development rights for residential purposes or other commercial real estates with good potential and value creation.

Through the acquisition, Coeli is strengthening its real estate portfolio within Coeli Fastighet II AB and the plan for the acquisition is that the real estate in the long run will be converted into housing.

Morris Law and Litigium Capital enter into collaboration agreement for financing of disputes

Morris Law has entered into a collaboration agreement with legal financing company Litigium Capital for the financing of disputes. The agreement, likely the first of its kind in the Nordic region, means that Litigium Capital will invest in a portfolio of disputes managed by Morris Law on full or partial contingency (under a success-based fee model).
