Morris Law has acted as legal advisor to the sellers in connection with Telavox AB’s acquisition of Frontdesk Nordic AB.

Through the acquisition, Frontdesk becomes part of Telavox – a leading Nordic provider of business communication solutions with more than 20 years of experience in developing smarter telephony and PBX systems for companies.

Customers can continue using the same PBX and telephony solution as before, while also gaining faster access to new features and services from Telavox, such as AI-powered receptionists and mobile security services.
