Morris Law has acted as legal advisor to the sellers in connection with Telavox AB’s acquisition of Frontdesk Nordic AB.
The transaction marks an exciting next step for Frontdesk, which over several years has built a strong market position through close customer relationships and a communication solution tailored for the modern workplace. Through the acquisition, Frontdesk becomes part of Telavox – a leading Nordic provider of business communication solutions with more than 20 years of experience in developing smarter telephony and PBX systems for companies.
For Frontdesk’s customers, the transaction ensures continuity in day-to-day operations while strengthening future opportunities. Customers can continue using the same PBX and telephony solution as before, while also gaining faster access to new features and services from Telavox, such as AI-powered receptionists and mobile security services.
Frontdesk has experienced strong growth and established itself as a valued partner for companies seeking flexible and efficient solutions for telephony, mobility, and remote collaboration. Combined with Telavox’s platform and product development capabilities, the acquisition creates strong conditions for further development of the offering and delivery of even greater customer value.

The bonds have a tenure of three and a half years and carry interest at STIBOR 3 months plus 5 percent per annum.
