Morris Law has assisted Never Eat Alone Invest III AB (“NEA Partners”) in connection with NEA Partners’ investment in Bookea Vulkan Group AB.

Bookea is an innovative publishing group based in Stockholm. The company was founded in 2008 with the vision of lowering the barriers to getting a book published – both in physical and audiobook formats. Bookea is currently a leading player with a comprehensive digital offering and is one of Sweden's fastest-growing publishers, historically releasing over 10,000 unique titles.

NEA Partners is a Swedish investment company founded in 2017 with the idea of combining the best of entrepreneurship, network, and capital.

Morris Law and Litigium Capital enter into collaboration agreement for financing of disputes

Morris Law has entered into a collaboration agreement with legal financing company Litigium Capital for the financing of disputes. The agreement, likely the first of its kind in the Nordic region, means that Litigium Capital will invest in a portfolio of disputes managed by Morris Law on full or partial contingency (under a success-based fee model).
