Morris Law acted as legal adviser to Laattapiste-Pukkila Oy in connection with its acquisition of all shares in CC Höganäs Byggkeramik AB (Höganäs Kakel) from the Italian Ricchetti Group.

Laattapiste-Pukkila is a Finnish family-owned company and nationwide specialist retailer of bathroom solutions, ceramic tiles, and other surface materials. The company serves consumers, construction professionals, designers, construction companies, and retailers.
Höganäs Kakel is a company specializing in ceramic tiles and surface materials, serving both consumers and professionals in the construction and design sectors.

Morris Law has advised RCL Holding AB on the formation of Elviragruppen AB. Elviragruppen was formed in March 2026 and is a new group within groundworks and civil engineering, focusing on power grids, water and sewage, district heating and roads. The group has approximately 90 employees in the Mälardalen region and the Gothenburg area.
