Roger Wier

Roger is a co-founder of Morris and has, since 2003, advised both Swedish and international companies on employment law and public sector matters. In employment law, Roger has extensive experience in handling restructurings, terminations, employment agreements and other contracts, policy documents, union negotiations, business transfers, and matters related to trade secrets and competition.
He also works with workplace environment and rehabilitation issues, as well as dispute resolution and employment-related litigation in both court and arbitration.
In the area of public sector matters, Roger assists both bidders and contracting authorities throughout the procurement process and has extensive experience representing clients in legal reviews and damages claims related to public procurement.
