Egzona Rexhepi

Egzona specializes in public procurement and dispute resolution. She represents both contracting authorities and suppliers, providing support throughout the entire procurement process—from reviewing and interpreting requirements at the bidding stage to handling contractual matters afterwards.
With extensive experience in review procedures before administrative courts, Egzona regularly assists in complex public procurement cases. She also handles damages disputes in general courts where procurement law is central. Egzona has solid experience in managing confidentiality issues related to public procurement and advises clients on confidentiality assessments as well as in connection with requests for public access to documents.
