Johanna primarily works with corporate law and business transfers (private M&A). She regularly handles matters involving capital raisings, investments, restructurings, and business acquisitions for both Swedish and international clients in national and cross-border transactions. Johanna has extensive experience representing both buyers and sellers in business transfers. In addition, she works with various matters related to company law and provides clients with ongoing corporate legal advice.
On March 11, the government decided to restrict the possibility of holding public gatherings and public events in connection with the coronavirus (Covid-19). The decision is valid from 12 March and the restriction prohibits public gatherings with more than 500 participants.
