Agnes specializes in commercial dispute resolution and represents clients in both domestic and international disputes, in arbitration proceedings as well as before the general courts. She has experience handling complex disputes across a broad range of industries and business areas. Her advisory practice encompasses, among other areas, transaction-related disputes, tort law, contract law, insurance law, real estate law, and employment law. Agnes also has experience in private M&A and corporate law from her time with the Morris Corporate team. In addition to her client work, Agnes is head of marketing within Morris Dispute Resolution team.
