Morris Law has acted as legal advisor for the sellers in connection with Teknikkonsultgruppen XPartners Samhällsbyggnad AB’s (”XPartners”), acquisition of B&B Bro & Betong Projektledning AB (”Bro & Betong”) Since the spring of 2021, the XPartners group has worked to create a nationwide multidisciplinary community building platform where different companies, skills, people and cultures collaborate for higher exchange in their work with the transition to a more sustainable society. Bro & Betong Projektledning AB is a consulting company that offers qualified project and construction management services within infrastructure and urban development. The services include several stages of the construction process, such as preliminary study, investigation, system processing, construction processing, production and handover, and the company works actively with continuous improvements and follows the ISO requirements for quality and environmental management.

Morris Law has acted as legal advisor to Åhléns Group in connection with the company’s successful issuance of senior secured bonds in the amount of SEK 500 million, under a framework of up to SEK 1 billion. The bonds have a tenure of three and a half years and carry interest at STIBOR 3 months plus 5 percent per annum.
