Part 2
Investments and Business Relations

International investments, trade, and procurement are increasingly influenced by security policy considerations. The regulatory landscape surrounding the security aspects of investments and business relations has rapidly evolved in recent years and will continue to change.

Among other topics, we will address the following questions:

– Which security and protective regulations affect investments and international business?
– We will take a closer look at the FDI framework – how are foreign investments affected? And what rules apply to companies engaged in protected activities?
– How do, among others, the FSR and IPI regulations impact acquisitions and public procurement?
– How do the Protective Security Act and sanction rules influence companies’ business relationships?
