Morris Law has acted as legal advisor to Iveco Group (”Iveco”) when they and Hedin Mobility Group (”Hedin”) signed an agreement on the transfer of distribution and retail operations in the Nordics.

Iveco, a CNH Industrial company, develops, designs, manufactures and markets a wide range of light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles, construction vehicles, buses for urban and regular traffic as well as special vehicles for firefighting, off-road tasks, military and civil defence.

Iveco has over 27,000 employees and production companies in 11 countries worldwide and applies the latest technology. In addition to Europe, Iveco is present in China, Africa, Australia, Oceania and Latin America.

Hedin is a family-owned company that owns and manages companies with operations mainly in the automotive and mobility industry as well as in the construction and real estate industry. Hedin has more than 12,500 employees in 14 countries, with head office in Mölndal, Sweden.

Morris Law and Litigium Capital enter into collaboration agreement for financing of disputes

Morris Law has entered into a collaboration agreement with legal financing company Litigium Capital for the financing of disputes. The agreement, likely the first of its kind in the Nordic region, means that Litigium Capital will invest in a portfolio of disputes managed by Morris Law on full or partial contingency (under a success-based fee model).
