Emma is part of the Commercial and IP & Tech team. She primarily works with contract review, risk assessment, and the drafting of commercial agreements such as cooperation, distribution, and supplier agreements, general terms and conditions, license and non-disclosure agreements, as well as matters related to consumer protection and e-commerce.
Emma also has experience with transport and third-party logistics agreements from her time in the firm’s transport and maritime law group. With an accommodating and solution-oriented approach, she supports clients—together with the Commercial, IP & Tech team—in navigating complex agreements and legal challenges.
The Danish Maritime and Commercial Court has ruled, 28 June 2021, in Case BS-20144/2020-SHR, that the limitation period of one year in the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders 2015 (NSAB) also applies in cases where the freight forwarder or one of its subcontractors has caused damage due to gross negligence.
