Lansa Fastigheter Acquires Additional Apartments in Partille from Peab
Morris Law has acted as legal advisor to Lansa Fastigheter in connection with its acquisition of an additional 116 rental apartments in the Partille Port development from Peab.

Morris Law has acted as legal advisor to the Brandt Bil Group in connection with the execution of a construction agreement for the development of a new automotive facility in Lidköping.
The project is designed to create a modern full-service facility for car sales and servicing, covering approximately 7,700 square metres. The facility represents an important step in Brandt Bil’s continued development and long-term investment in the region. Construction is scheduled to commence in March 2026 and is expected to be completed in November 2027.
