Morris Law has acted as legal advisor to the Brandt Bil Group in connection with the execution of a construction agreement for the development of a new automotive facility in Lidköping.
The project is designed to create a modern full-service facility for car sales and servicing, covering approximately 7,700 square metres. The facility represents an important step in Brandt Bil’s continued development and long-term investment in the region. Construction is scheduled to commence in March 2026 and is expected to be completed in November 2027.
