Metrolit acquires Lundin & Johansson Byggteam AB
Morris Law has assisted the sellers in connection with Metrolit Holding AB's acquisition of Lundin & Johansson Byggteam AB. LJ Byggteam was founded in 1992 in Arboga and has in recent years grown into one of the leading players in the market for service-related construction services and smaller construction contracts in Eskilstuna, Arboga and Köping. The customers are mainly public authorities where work is tendered via framework agreements as well as recurring private companies.
The acquisition of LJ Byggteam is part of expanding Metrolit's operations within the Service business area. Together with Metrolit, LJ Byggteam will jointly work for Metrolit's ambition to continue developing the leading ROT and service operations in Mälardalen

Morris Law has acted as legal advisor to Åhléns Group in connection with the company’s successful issuance of senior secured bonds in the amount of SEK 500 million, under a framework of up to SEK 1 billion. The bonds have a tenure of three and a half years and carry interest at STIBOR 3 months plus 5 percent per annum.
