Life at Morris


What’s your role and main responsibilities?

I work as a lawyer in Morris Law’s employment law group. We handle a wide range of matters – from employment law in transactions and internal investigations to disputes and reorganizations. I also draft employment contracts, policies, and other key documents for our clients.

What’s the best part of being a lawyer?

The variety of assignments and the opportunity for continuous development. I learn something new every day and interact with people from a wide range of industries, which makes the work both exciting and meaningful.

What’s it like working at Morris?

It’s a stimulating and supportive environment where flexibility and teamwork are key. I particularly value the freedom to manage my own time and the strong support within the team during demanding periods.

What’s the best thing about working at Morris?

The people and the culture. We have a genuine sense of community, and we always support each other no matter how busy things get. That makes the work both rewarding and fun.
