Elsa is a member of the firm’s Corporate M&A and Corporate Law practice group. In her role, she assists buyers and sellers throughout all stages of the transaction process, from initial structuring and due diligence to negotiation and completion of acquisitions and disposals. In addition, she advises on ongoing corporate law matters, including shareholders’ agreements, corporate governance, and restructurings.
