kf fastigheter divests land in upplands-bro

KF has made a first transaction in the future residential area Bro Mälarstrand in Upplands-Bro. KF divests half of its building/development rights to Magnolia Bostad, which acquires land with a new zoning plan permitting now planned housing comprising of 115,000 square meters of light gross area (Sw. ljus BTA). Approximately 1,500 homes will be built on the property.

Construction works will begin during autumn 2018 and the residents are expected to move in during 2021. Magnolia Bostad will construct a varied range of residences consisting of rented apartments, condominiums, townhouses as well as single houses. There are also plans to establish stores, restaurants, pre-schools, schools and residential care apartments within the area.
