kf fastigheter divests development property in spånga

Magnolia Bostad has acquired the property Ferdinand 9 in Spånga, Stockholm, from KF. The property is located between Bromstensvägen och Mälarbanan and consists of approximately 18,500 square meters of light gross area (Sw. ljus BTA). Approximately 200 homes and a grocery store are planned. The acquisition is conditional on that the zoning plan becomes legally binding, which is expected to take place during autumn 2018. The area around the property is an old industrial area which now is transformed into a mixed city with housing, offices, shops and other services.

The Morris Law team consisted of responsible partners Natalie Bretz & Charlotta Wallman Hörlin, assisted by Therese Bergman (associate).
