Morris Law has acted as lead counsel to JOOL Markets AS in connection with the arrangement of senior and junior bonds to a subsidiary in the Danish property developer Oskar Group. The Issuer issued initial bonds of approximately DKK 82,000,000 under the arranged frame of up to DKK 400,000,000. The proceeds shall be applied towards financing of acquisitions and development of properties located in the central parts of Copenhagen.
Oskar Group was established 1955 and has since then completed several comprehensive and high-profile property developments, mainly in the Copenhagen region.
