Morris Law advised Interactive Security International AB (“Interactive Security”) when acquiring a majority stake in the Dutch company Travel Support Holland B.V. (“TSH”).

Both Interactive Security and TSH are active within a business area referred to as “travel support”, where they assist international insurance companies who have insured in need of assistance outside of the territory where the relevant insurance company conducts its business.

Through the acquisition of a majority stake in TSH, Interactive Security strengthens its position as a service provider in cases relating to travel support within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Great Britain, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

"The team at Morris Law has guided us through the transaction process and all legal cross-border matters in an easy and efficient way. We have been in safe hands from start to finish” says Johanna Schottenius (group CEO).

Morris Law's project group has mainly consisted of Racine Ashjari and Therese Andersson. Pels Rijcken & Droogleever Fortuijn N.V. has been engaged as local counsel, mainly through Luc Defaix and Margriet de Soeten-Middelkoop.
