Morris Law has assisted the sellers of Hylte Jakt & Lantman AB in connection with the sale of the majority of the shares to Verdane EHM AB, an investment vehicle of Verdane Capital Advisors, (“Verdane”).
Hylte Jakt & Lantman, with origins from 1911, based in Hyltebruk, provides retail services in hunting, garden and agriculture. The company is with its well-reputed retail stores (both physical and online) and its 40 employees, one of the leading retail actors in its segment in Sweden.
With the acquisition of Hylte Jakt & Lantman, Verdane strengthens its position on the retail and ecommerce market.
