Morris Law has represented the owners of BRP Systems AB in connection with the sale to Valedo Partners. BRP Systems offers ERP software for operators in the leisure industry, mainly fitness centers, swimming facilities and SPAs.
Morris Law’s team mainly consisted of Per Nylander, Henrik Almström, Racine Ashjari and Carl Friberg.
