morris law continues to grow

The success story of the most modern law firm in Sweden continues, with focus on the Stockholm office. Morris Law is happy to welcome four new colleagues, all from Osborne Clarke, who joined the firm in the beginning of February, namely: Nimrod Badur, Björn Bjuggren, Elin Jansson and Kevin St. Hill. Nimrod and Björn joines as new partners at Morris Law and these recruitments will enable Morris Law to strengthen its expertise in the real estate sector as well as banking and finance as a practice.

"I’m excited to join Morris Law's already reputable real estate practice and to be able to meet our clients need for advice within all aspects of the real estate sector," says Nimrod. We have a strong foundation to build on with an already large share of the market, and I am convinced that we will manage to even grow that share further. Morris offer is something unique on the market and I am enchanted to be part of the Morris success story and will contribute with my expertise and experience. I am really looking forward to be part of that success and welcome both old and new clients to Morris.

Totally agree, says Björn. Morris has, in a record time, succeeded in establishing a reputable full-service law firm that continues to expand its share, year for year. Not just the share of the real estate market but also the share of the entire Swedish business law market. With a strong cultural work in the backbone and true partnership, Morris is building an one-stop-shop with the best players on all positions with right person on the right job. The banking and finance practice has a natural role in that team and also I look forward to be working with existing and new clients together with all my new colleagues at Morris Law.

Nimrod specialises in real estate transactions, infrastructure projects, leases, joint ventures, commercial leases and construction and business contracts. Björn's expertise is within financing such as acquisition financing, asset financing (with particular focus on real estate), working capital financing, debt capital markets (including bonds), venture debt financing, alternative debt financing, financial restructuring and general bank lending.

I am very happy that Nimrod and Björn chose to join Morris Law, says Martin Taranger, CEO. Their experience will be a great asset for the company as well as for our clients.
– It is inspiring and exciting to grow our business together with Nimrod and Björn, says Olof Myhrman, chairman of Morris Law. We are in an expansive phase within several areas and are recruiting a lot of peoples with different skill sets. This contribution to Morris Law strengthens our presence in Stockholm and comes timely indeed since we moved into our new premises at Norrlandsgatan 15 in early December 2018.
